Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

With many products available we have to respond promptly to requests for equipment replacement and repair of defective products that are manufactured or distributed at Zone Technologies. To do this, we use a protocol called RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). When you contact our technical service department, we determine whether the product is still under warranty. Subsequently, we select with you the best method of repair or replacement according to your demands and deadlines. A return number (RMA) will then be granted. This number serves as a reference between you and our technicians to track the item during the entire operation. If the item requires a repair that isn’t under warranty, we offer a free estimate before repair so you can make an informed choice in the rehabilitation of the defective product.

Here is a list of the repair services offered:

  • Repair under warranty 48hrs
  • Repair un warranty within 24 hours ($ 25 fee)
  • Repair 48hrs (standard costs)
  • Repair within 24h (standard fee + $ 25)
  • Urgent Repair (warranty or not) * (standard fee + $ 50)

* The customer must contact a technician to schedule the repair.
